Darrin Andringa and Colin Medley, two strapping young men from Ontario's heartland, go together like peanut butter and honey in the delicious sandwich that is new and independent music in Canada - or, perhaps the music is the peanut butter and honey while Darrin and Colin are the bread that hold it all together - or better yet: Darrin and Colin are the knife which spreads the musicians and their music (still peanut butter and honey remember) around for everyone to taste, savour and enjoy...
Okay so perhaps there is no metaphor capable of describing Snowsuit Sounds but the fact of the matter is that it's one of the most unique (and sometimes moving) video podcasts around. Whether they're selling VHS tapes at the local mall, discussing troubles with their robotic friend Armatron or seeking an intern who can "think outside the box" and "work for free", the boys of Snowsuit Sounds are always endearing, entertaining and informative.
